A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Java Developer-Web Developer to join us at Eurobase International. The role is within our Banking division and will be based in London.  We are a leading player within the Corporate IT Market with clients across the world, providing software solutions and services to a range of business sectors, predominately within Banking, Insurance, Re-insurance and Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for a Web/Java Developer to contribute to the design & on-going development of our excellent software suite that is used by many Banks and Financial institutions.

As Java/Web Developer you will have previous experience working within a structured environment, you will be supported in progressing into a technical consultant with the added responsibility of client interaction in order to ensure the successful undertaking of:

• Client installations
• Commission testing
• Solutions integration
• Technical/Software support

As a Java Developer the following skills and experience are essential:

• 3 years+ Development experience
• Strong Java Programming skills
• Solid OO Design skills
• XML Integration
• Good understanding of JSP
• Good XML/XSLT skills
• WebServer expertise
• Strong Native JavaScript skills

Ideally you will also have:

• Knowledge of MQ Seies
• Developing within aUNix/Linux environment
• Good Dojo skills
• Good CSS skills
