 Role:

Below is a list of duties you will be required to carry out on a daily basis. At times senior management may decide that it is necessary for you to carry out additional duties that may not be listed below. With this in mind please note that this list may at times be expanded upon.

Associate Resourcer position is for self-motivated sales driven and target driven individuals who enjoy working in a noisy busy fast moving sales environment who want to develop their career in IT Recruitment.

 

  • Qualify / Match CVs against live roles  from the Account/s  you are assigned to
  • Use Candidate Qualification Forms, Interview Prep and Candidate De-Brief forms to follow standard process
  • Arrange interviews for candidates
  • Work to CV, Interview and Deal targets set by Head of Client Services
  • Achieve agreed weekly activity targets including CVs and interviews
  • Build a continuous pipeline of candidate Interviews
  • Place Candidates in an assigned Account
  • Update the weekly activity board with your activity
  • Manage candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process
  • Work with an Account Manager and cover all new roles from that Account
  • Review job order priorities and actions daily with your Account Manager
  • Attend technical job briefings on client conference calls
  • Advertise requirements on job boards
  • Utilise job boards to source suitable candidates
  • Utilise networking sites to source suitable candidates
  • Obtain referrals from candidate to find other candidates
  • Use multiple search strings on job boards to identify candidates
  • Format suitable CVs and submit CVs to clients
  • Collect Reference information from candidates to qualify further candidates
  • Qualify what other interviews your candidates have arranged in the next 2 weeks which will enable clients to make decisions on your candidates
  • Obtain leads from different sources and pass this to the business development team
  • Attend training sessions as required
  • Be professional at all times when representing Eurobase People in front of candidates and clients
